James sees a truck

James, Matthew and I went to Lake Poway Park today to play at the playground and burn off some energy. As we began to play James heard a loud noise coming from a fenced off area nearby. He stopped what he was doing and ran over to get a closer look at what was making all of the racket. It was a Bobcat (a small dirt mover). James proceeded for the next 30 minutes to cease all activity except to sit on my lap and watch this machine move dirt around. I really saw the boy in him.



Matthew slept peacefully through the whole thing. All he needs is a full tummy, a clean diaper and a snuggly blanket.
